Creating a harmonious life,
one experience at a time.

Hey, I’m Eva!

Founder & Organizer of Armonia Retreats

I didn't create Armonia because I had all the answers, but because I didn't.

There was a time when I followed all the "right" paths, doing everything I was told would lead to success and happiness, yet something inside felt quiet. Disconnected.

Not broken. Just unseen.

I chose the word Armonia(Αρμονία) not because I live in perfect balance, but because I'm learning how to return to it.

For me, harmony isn't perfection.

It's the gentle act of coming back to yourself. Through breath. Through stillness. Through movement. Through people. Through the sea. Through simply being present for your own life.

And somewhere along the way, I realised I wanted to create spaces where other people could do that too.

Not spaces where you need to become a better version of yourself.

Just spaces where you can be.

We move.
We rest.
We laugh.
We talk.
We eat well.
Sometimes we cry.
Sometimes we stay up too late talking.

And somewhere in between all of that, something shifts.

I don't host retreats to lead people somewhere; I host them to walk alongside them.

Because I believe some of the best things in life happen when we give ourselves a little more time, a little more space, and a chance to experience something outside our usual rhythm.

That's Armonia.

And I'm still discovering what it can become.

What if harmony isn't something we finally achieve, but something we remember, again and again?

The things that matter to us

~

The things that matter to us ~

  • Connection

We like people. Really getting to know them, not just exchanging names and small talk.

We believe some of the most meaningful moments happen when people who didn't know each other yesterday find themselves laughing around the same table today.

  • Balance

Not the perfectly balanced life; The real one.

The one where some days are full and some are slow. Where you can work hard and still know when to stop. Where there is room for both ambition and rest.

  • Kindness

In the way we speak. The way we listen. The way we welcome someone who arrived alone.

It doesn't have to be complicated.

We just think the world could use a little more of it.

And there’s more to come.

Armonia started with retreats, but it didn’t stay only there.

We are curious about gatherings, collaborations, new places, new formats, and all the little ideas that start with:

"What if we...?"

If you'd like to create something together, we're always open to a conversation.
